pizza hut.. problem man

tuesday this week.. i went to eat pizza hut near my house with my fren... den wat happen was.. we made our order.. and the waitress told us dat we hafta wait 17 and a half minutes for the pizza... we say ok.. after 15 -20min... when we r expecting the mushroom tortilla spaghetti and 6 pcs drumlets... it diden came.. we ask another waitress and guess wat.. she ask us for our receipt.. after some checking.. she say our order were not keyed it.. fine.. we order again...

after 5-10 min.. the waitress came back and say... the receipt she gave us was wrong and wanna exchange for the error... 2nd mistake.. after 15 min.. our "6" pcs drumlets came.. and there were 4 pcs.. and we told them the error... and they took it back.. weird their menu only offer 6 or 10 pcs... 3rd mistake....after another 15 min wait... the spaghetti came and after we finish it.. the drumlets still haven come back.... den after 10-15min.. it finally came and the quality was lousy.. one problem.. where is our pizza???

we were so pissed... we called pizza hut and complained...and after so much waiting i was full already.. we cancelled the pizza and the district manager did not charge us svc charge...haiz.. we diden even get a sincere apology until we called the district manager den the first waitress came to apologise... haiz... and after 1 hr... the district mgr called and say we can haf a complementary meal in the pizza hut under her district... terrible service i say...and they diden even refill our water thru out until i ask for it.. and they gave us a 3rd cup... weird weird... it wasn't even crowded... all staff were so young... muz be waiting for results or posting of sch.... the manager sux man... he cannot be bothered.... diden even came to apologise or something....
